Delete your account

You can permanently delete your GameDay account at any time. Deleting your account is permanent, signs you out on every device, and removes your ability to sign in with this login across all GameDay apps, including GameDay Live Scoring.

In the GameDay app

Open the GameDay app and go to the Profile tab.
Tap My Account.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm in the dialog by tapping Delete account again.

You'll be signed out immediately and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered address.

On the web

Deleting your account directly from the website is coming soon. In the meantime, you can delete your account using the GameDay app (above), or email us at support@mygameday.app from your registered email address and we'll process the deletion for you.

In GameDay Live Scoring

GameDay Live Scoring doesn't have a separate account — you sign in with your GameDay account. There's no delete option inside Live Scoring, so delete your GameDay account instead, which also ends your access to Live Scoring.

Make sure every match you've scored is published and nothing is still waiting to sync. Once your account is deleted, you can't sign back in to send it.
Check which email address you sign in with: on the home screen, tap your initials in the top-right corner to open Account.
Delete your GameDay account in the GameDay app, or email support@mygameday.app from that address.
On each device you score on, open Account and tap Sign out, then uninstall the app to remove the matches saved on that device.

What happens when you delete

Your account is deactivated and you can no longer sign in with it.
You're signed out of GameDay on all of your devices.
The deletion applies to your shared GameDay login across all GameDay apps, including GameDay Live Scoring.
Results, scores and team sheets you recorded in GameDay Live Scoring aren't deleted. They're part of the competition's official record, not your account.
